That reminds me of my mother in law
A few years ago we got her a cordless phone to replace her old corded phone and one day my wife picked her up to go somewhere and she puts the cordless phone in her purse.
My wife says "what are you doing?" and she says "I have some calls to make while we are out"
Another time we came home to some phone messages on the answering machine from her that said "my phone is not working, call me back" and she hung up and then called right back and said "message continuation, I need to use my phone and it is not working"
I laughed so hard I couldn't breath, bless her heart
