Machine not working correctly..need help

I have had this machine for a couple of years. Never really played it. I am having problems with it not giving me the correct pay out and is not advancing to the next game. Can anyone help me some trouble shooting advice?

I have a Robocop in storage which is the same frame I think. So what do you mean by getting the wrong payout? Is it only giving a partial payout when you drop a ball in one of the pockets?

What do you mean by advancing to the next game?
