Global Gaming Expo (G2E)
Hi everyone,
I'm at G2E right now, and on a slow connection, but when I get back I will upload a few pictures for you guys. It's hard to get pictures in the exhibit hall since many of the games are not released, or are still under development. Many of the manufacturers had signs posted that say no unauthorized photographs allowed, and some had no signs posted, but got a little mad when people started snapping pictures.
It's real fun, and worth going if you can. I spent most of my time drooling over all of the machines. It's amazing how far ahead some manufacturers are of the others. IGT has a lot of great machines, but Bally, Aruze, Aristocrat, and many others put on a great show. One of the newest, and greatest advancements would be the virtual card tables.
Don't let me forget the food! There was an entire area devoted to food and related vendors. Most of them were handing out free samples of what they have to offer.
There is also a alcohol area where they give out free samples of everything from fine wine to beer, and who can forget the tequila.
