Once in a while, coins would end up on the floor when the machine pays out tokens, this has never happened to my Aladdin Evolution or Las Vegas Roulette, is this common on a Spin Luck?

cutup an old mouse pad and put it in your tray to soften the bounce

I noticed that too. The hopper shoots them out a little harder.
