    Default star wars noob question

    Hi everyone

    Just a simple question

what is the counter under R2 on the right side of the cell for? does it represent error codes that are also shown on the back of machine? I have never seen this do anything ( if it's for error's than that's a good thing I haven't seen anything )

    please see jpg

    Thanks for your help

I think it's just an indicator of the type of bonus combination. Does it say anything when you get a bonus?

ok - found this in the FAQ under "when do the flippers open"

" Anyway, the "flipper open" feature is one which is a sort of throwback and is supposed to be a kind of aid to help players get an extra chance at getting a spin or two. It is activated by shooting a ball into the "through" gate/pocket (in some machines it's marked by the word "go", "in" etc.). On the Star Wars machine, it is located just to the lower left-ish side of the LCD screen. When a ball goes through this gate, a sub-roulette starts--on this machine the sub-roulette is the LED display just below R2D2. When this roulette hits "77", the flipper will open, typically once for 0.9 seconds during normal play at a approx. fixed probability of 15%.

so what do you know? I hit fever 3x for the first time tonight - literally an hour after posting my last reply. AMAZING!!! I rigged a great ball return system but still needed my girlfriend to assist me in keeping the beast fed!

I was watching the counter under R2 and during fever it gave a number of 54 and the next time I hit fever, it displayed the letters HL - anyone know what the HL refers to?

I'm sooooooo loving Pachinko - thanks Pachitalk - another fallen Jedi to toss into your ball laden pit of Carkoon

Just codes for the type of fever (what combination of characters and how positioned).
