need help looking for a new computer

hey everybody, i dont need a monitor or keyboard just the tower
seeing if anybody knew of any good deals out there to be had
at least a 1 gb of ram, maybe 100 gb or more hard drive etc...

Agreed... Vista is not that good at all. It has a few advantages, but none of them out weigh the disadvantages. I use it on my laptop, but my work PC and all of my home PCs are all XP Pro. I think Vista will at some point go the way of Windows Millennium. The only real adoption of Vista is by new computer purchasers; mainly because they have no other choice.

I have vista on my laptop. I got the Gateway FX gaming machine. For games...No problem works great. The only load error I got was with Flight sim X, but a simple microsoft download fixed that. The games play great! best I've ever seen, but the hardware is more responsible for that. As for the OS, I don't like how it's structured. There is a setting to make it look like XP pro, but I havn't turned that on yet. Do I like Vista? Do I hate Vista? I can't tell yet.

I will tell you what i don't like, All the new software and games that came out right after that REQUIRE Vista, Or XP service Pack 2. It's like they are in cahoots with Microsoft!
