UK PachiTalk meet

Ok folks, this has been playing in my mind a while now, so here goes.
In August, there's a Pinball Show in the UK. This show is held the weekend from 30-31 August 2008 in Kettering, Northamptonshire. Website: UK Pinball Show
Since I like pinball, I would like to attend this show. I also need to pick up a few things from drcrippen324, so I have to go to the UK anyway.
Now I thought it would be nice that I could meet a few more members there, and since quite a few are living in the UK, I'm hoping there are more that like a pinball show and would like to meet some people.
I'm still not sure if I'm really going, because I have to choose between this and another event... If enough people come , it's more worth it.

i went last year and i personally didnt think it was worth the tenner a head entrance fee to the show

but there are always ways round that second time cough cough

only advantage is steve does have machines for sale and yuo can save on the postage
i dont know how i got 2 pachislos and 3 people in a kia picanto

My wife and I are going and we will travelling down on the Friday and stopping all weekend, it would be good to meet up & say hi to anyone that is going.

Looking forward to playing over 100 pinball machines that are going down there

Just met Denhomer (Ben & his good lady) on there whistle stop tour of the uk and i got to say it what a corking couple a good time was had putting my pinball through its paces as his good lady played in the national finals of pinball for Belgian and Ben is just as good heck they even played catch with the director befor you ask for pics unfortunatly we all forgot till the last minuet and there is a goupe photo on Denhomers camera so that will follow shortly

as always with pachitalk visitors they are both welcome back any time they are in the uk i wish them a safe trip home tonight and hope his new toys make it safe too look for ward to seeing you both again Ben and Maaike

yup one of the fe people that hadent played bop and managed to get the 4th face up on the robot in about 15 mins of playing

And a jolly good time it was Thank you Doc and Liza for the warm welcome and provided lunch. It was really great to have a chat with a fellow pachitalk member on our way back home.
I'm at home already, but not unpacked yet... so the pachi is still in it's safe box. I'll post the picture when I can get the camera hooked up.
