Strange issue with my Babel

Wierd one I shouted to LD about this afternoon, I have a babel that is stuck in a replay loop. It scores a replay 98% of the time a payout 1% and nothing at 1% I have reset it time after time, disconnected and reseated all of the cables. and cant figure out what the issue is I am going to try swapping out the payout board but I dont think it controls the replays does it? HELP!!!

not this long. and it keeps hitting replays... Iand has been re-set a couple of dozen times... I am going to swap out a payout board and see what that does.

Would changing the odds do a deeper reset than the standard reset, or perhaps reload that part of the algorithm which may have become corrupted in memory? Shooting in the dark, but trying to think of what I'd do with that problem...

set your odds to 5 or 6,also leaving the machine off for a few days may help

as a last resort unplug the machine for about 10 days and try it again that should be more than enough time to deplete the cap and cause an error on restart and a reset should clear it and your problem hopefully.

I just noticed a bad cap on the payout board I wonder if that could have anything to do with the situation. I will post an update. BUT I do want to explore JOHND0406's possibility but how do you do that?
