i agree... if your machines are faulty.. its your own damn fault... you should have made sure they worked properly to begin with...
im sure that if there was a glitch that made the machines pay out even less.. they wouldnt be so quick to act...

The right thing to do is pay her the $10000. Thats the posted top award. WMS won't agree to that and they won't back up the houses decission to pay her. Harrington Raceway wanted to pay her to avoid bad press. Its a real big stink right now. I'm just glad it wasn't one of my games. In Delaware the games are leased by the casinos not owned so it could get a little tricky.

If there was something there that said the win was 500,000 something, then that's what it is. If I bet that much and lost, could I say I had a malfunction, the bet isn't valid?
How many people played those machines thinking they could win that? Should the casino reimburse everyone who played them?
