So I tracked down two Thunderbirds Pachinkos:
1) Thunderbirds 2 CR
2) the 40th Anniversary Edition
I like the look of the TB2, though have never seen the 40th Ani Ed. Which one has better gameplay?
Does anyone have any images of the 40th Ani Ed?

They are both about the same apart from the older one is in a gareish orange and blue gear shock frame wich if you can put up with the couler should be consideroubly cheaper and the one i would go for having played both and owned the gear shock one

Yeah, it does burn the back of your eyes just looking at it though the gameplay looks soooooooo much fun!

the thunder bird 4 modle on the right hand side is animatronic the drill spins and it pops in and out at you from its hidy hole and turns to the screen

To be honest, I don't think there's much to choose from as far as frame aesthetics go, both the Gear Shock and the Pallet Cube frames aren't the prettiest in the book. Though if I was forced to choose I think that I could tolerate the blue and orange more easily than the cube.
If you do choose the more recent Thunderbirds game in the Pallet Cube frame, definitely check to make sure that it's in the original frame and hasn't been swapped into one from the Pink Panther machine.

Fuji have done a much better job with their most recent 'OvalOne' frame, as worn by the new Alien -vs- Predator machine. That's the first one of their frames that I actually like the look of.
