you can get those lighted batman, beer, gas, etc signs on ebay. Ive seen tons of sellers selling them in the past year or so! They put like 20 or 30 on at a time and only about 3 or 4 of them receive bids. I think they can even do custom ones for you too!

I got it off ebay from one of those guys that charge nothing for the sign and a bunch for shipping. I like it tho, it looks even better without the flash washing it out. here is a link to one:
