Hello, just a New Pharaoh Zetz machine today. The LCD doesn't seem to working. Everything seems to be fine. Any ideas on what I can check to get the LCD to work?

Check for the obvious stuff first...wires, make sure that the plugs are all seated correctly.
The Zetz has what is called El-Vision, a holographic type overlay in front of the reels.
It will only show a monochrome yellow color.
You are not getting anything at all like that?

I'm getting no visuals from the LCD at all. I did get the machine into the Pharaoh bonus (green light flashing under Pharaoh Bonus) and still not graphics. Will go double check the wires. I noticed a small switch on the inside of the machine under the LCD panel (SW 2 right next to the Odds button). It is off. I don't know if that matters.

Ok, I just noticed a plug that has 6 Orange wires and 1 Red wire that is not plugged in. It attaches underneath the LCD panel...Should I plug it in?

Thanks for the help, guess I needed a little confidence boost. This is my first pachislo. There was also a small black plug (resembling an HDMI plug but not the same) hidden behind a buch of wires that was disconnected. I pluged it into a slot on the underside of the LCD and all is working fine.

plugs and cables can come loose from shipping or even with just moving the machines.
