I have purchased 14,000 balls from them and 99.95% have been great.
and when the postal service destroyed a box and lost most of the contents they had replacements in the mail the next day

Heh, that must have been an interesting day at the Post Office... I can just imagine the site of 1000+ balls getting loose in there...
