    Default Eddies picks

These are some really nice (at least to me) machines!

    What do you think?

    More Picks

Each must have a different case than the usual or have another outstanding feature!

The Sankyo Lumina wins my vote hands down on a number of fronts. Also very eye catching are my Taiyo Maturi series, Top Gun and Star Trek game frames. I'm also partial to the recent Sansei Ferrari, very elegant and classy, and Newgin Parodius game's frames as well.

I have the Kyoraku frame in white for the "Sonata of Winter" and "Jaws" as well as the red for "Ultra Seven" and "Misora Hiberi". This frame is well built and I like it ... except for the horrible startup squeal.

I also like the new Heiwa frame but the others, especially the Daiichi don't do much for me.

The Arrangement Ball games are in a class by themselves. They all appeal to me.

    Eddie,
What is the name of the machine with the eyeball and hands (last picture on top row)?
    Looks cool.

I believe its called... CR ring G

It really has an unusual cell and the videoscreen looks to be Horror themed to match. It also has an interesting case thats what made it into my picks list.

I like em all except maybe for the Daiichi one. My favorite three are the Fuji horror themed one, the one with the light-up shooter knob, and the sea themed one. The one with the German text is interesting...what's that slot/hole thing on the front??

And yeah, the vintage Arrangement Ball ones are in a class by themselves.

What's that hole in front, on the thing that's bridging the two trays? Or is that just a speaker?

    Made by Maruhon 12/08/06

Not sure what the name of the frame is. Introduced at the beginning of that year with this game.

Another from Maruhon, Sleeping it Off, Kitties!

Yeah its an awesome case! But I dont know the name of the Game.

Here are 2 more Eddies (Unusual or Eye catching not necessarily liked by me.) Picks.

The first is really appealing to me, Looks elegantly Organic I dont know its name

The second looks nice with great lighting and appears to be a fun machine.

    Its name is Smile U

That first one is called "Koda Kumi Fever Live in hall" and is on my need to get list.

It is based on the singer Koda Kumi who did the Cutie Honey song remake for the live action movie

That smile one makes me think of the Joker from Batman! I like the construction themed one in that case.

I've been keeping my eye on these too, now down to $500 or so from $2,500 in Japan!
