    Default vicky chance questions

this is my first post- i got a vicky chance for christmas and i have played it for a few days. it is very cool. i have not been able to hit the jackpot yet, although i get a lot of balls in the tulip every game. i have not been able to make any of the reward balls go into play.

    1. is it unusual to not hit the jackpot this soon?
    2. how many balls should i be playing with?
    3. i am i doing something wrong if the reward balls are not going into play?

    thanks,
    bart

Hi Bart...that is a nice bright and colorful machine you've got there! Check out this description from one of our members here and see if it helps at all.

    WELCOME!!

I don't have this machine, but let me see if I can maybe help a little!!

    1. No its not unusual at all!! It can be within a few hundred balls or many many thousands of balls!! Just keep playing and it will happen sometime!!

    2. Most people seem to find it most enjoyable to play with 1500-2000+ balls...Having more balls just means less time refiling hoppers, especially when a jackpot does happen!! That said I had plenty of fun with my first 2 with only 400 balls..when something is fun enough, you don't mind a little extra work!!

    3. When you say "the reward balls are not going into play" do you mean that you are not getting any balls payed out to the front when you get a ball in a pocket (Start pocket, etc..)?? If that's the case it could be several things...First do you have the reward hopper full..the one at the top on the back of the machine?? If thats full then it could be a ball jam anywhere from the hopper to the payout motor, or as simple as the little metal claw that blocks the ball path being in the wrong position...or even an error that would require a simple reset!! So since I'm just typing and don't really even know what the problem is I will just stop here!! But Pictures of the back of the machine are always very helpful if you can't get it figured out!!

Now maybe someone that actually owns a Vicky will come by to help you out!!

thanks alot for answering me. my fiancee loaded it up this afternoon and kept the balls flowing because we only have @ 500. after two rounds i hit the jackpot. it was crazy. so then i played a couple of hrs later and hit it again- double this time. and then again tonite, jackpot again. very cool- we think we are in the honeymoon period that we read about in the link you sent us. but the reward balls still never came out- is there an adjustment that can be made for the reward balls to flow?

there are two ball channels in the back, one for regular payouts and the other for fever round payouts,

your reward channel may be jammed with a ball or something else.

if you do a ball dump it should clear all the balls out of both channels, make sure you have something in the back to catch the balls

also check that the metal claw in the rail from the reward hopper is up and not blocking the channel

EDIT looks like Stuey already gave this advice but never hurts to check anyway
