How old is "vintage"?

Im seeing posts in here showing pachinkos with flashy lights and slot reels etc... How old is "vintage" ??

I would say 1970's and older.

but, personally anything before 2000 is vintage to me

Single shots - 1930's - 1950's
Automatic Loaders - 1960's - 70's
Automatic Shooters - 1980's - present

I'd say vintage is anything 1999 back these days.

This has been discussed here before, and I think most people consider anything with a lever for shooting instead of a knob a vintage, but it gets complicated since the first shooter knob pachinko came out in '72 and is still very much a Vintage!!

Games in the 80's had the knobs and bright colors and added features, but seem very basic compared to mid 90's - todays Pachinkons...but I'm still not sure they are what most people consider "vintage"

I have a few games from the mid-late 90's and I don't see anything "vintage" about them!!
