garfield help

Hi,
I just received Garfield for Christmas and I am trying to get it to work. I found one power switch and turned it on and the lights come on but no sound and the video is playing its random advertising but no sound. Also the front of the sreen where the number count is, is not on. I shoot the balls through but nothing seems to be working but the lights are on. Please help. Thanks,

What you're describing sounds like attract mode. Try opening the front glass and dropping balls into pockets. You should see things start to happen.

if you still aren't getting anything, check all your connections

Try a reset. There should be a button near the off/on switch. Hold it while turning machine on.
