Speed Racer speaker noise

I have a Speed Racer Pachislot that has an odd noise coming from the speakers constantly. Turn on the power, and it has a high frequency beeping sound (Kinda like doing a reset where it increases in speed and pitch) And a intermitent warbling sound (like water running) It seems to be at a lower volume than the machines regular playing sounds. Everything else functions normal. It's just annoying. Any Ideas??? Is it a sound track that runs during non play? Possibly malfunctioned?

its very normal for that machine put some volume controllers on it and it'll go away .many people have done it with no problems .these machines are over amped and any stray noise is amplified as well .do a search for volume control and you'll find many ways to do it . good luck
