Help! Reset Key is bent! Where can I find a replacement?!

Let me start of by saying I have a Pachislo made by Daiichi called Koutarou, and when I bought it the reset key was bent a little and it is extremely difficult to turn. Does anyone have a reset key for sale that would fit my machine or know of a place where I can buy one?

I've messaged a few people here about this but haven't gotten any replies.

you could try putting it in a vise to straighten it out or just replace it with an on/off switch.

step 2. walk outside
step 3, throw it on ground
step 4, hit it with something heavy till it is flat

I'm confused, the key is the reset 'switch' that you turn left and right to change skill level etc right? And there is a rocker switch that controls the power supply to the machine right? If I replaced the key with a on/off switch that would make 2 separate rocker switches? Sorry if this is confusing but I think I get what you are saying.

I get it now. Thanks. I think just buying a replacement key would be easier. I still cant find a place that sells them

go to radioshack and buy a keyed switch if you have to have a key. all it is, is a switch with 2 wires on it that uses a key instead of a toggle or a rocker. the only reason it has a key is to keep unauthorized people from changing the odds while it was in the parlor.

Hi Ichi,
It is hard enough to find replacement bulbs for these machines, let alone to find a replacement key that would work for your machine. If you can't straighten the key I would do as others have suggested and install a toggle switch.

If you don't feel confident poking around in your pachi, just ask for help and someone could walk you through it. It would be a pretty simple operation. Good luck!
