Can't Open my Street Fighter II Pachislo

HELP!!

The key to my Street Fighter 2 will no-longer work!! I need to get the door open - any ideas???

I have tried getting at the door mech through the hole in the back but can't seem to get it. The carry handles at the side have plastic inserts so I can't get through there either.

Question - do all the same pachislos (in other words - all street fighters use the same key?

back of lock: single screw holds the lock cam on, two screws above and below the lock hold the whole unit in. remove said screws and slide whole unit out the back.
