    Default Pachislo Slots.Com

Does anyone have any experience purchasing machines from Greg Shields at Pachislo Slots.Com :?: I would appreciate any feed back regarding this vendor, as well as recommendations for others who are reputable. I know many of you speak highly of Pachinko Palace. Thanks.

I"ve never dealt with that site myself. So I have no clue.

Pachinko Pallace, DGI, Stealth are the majors worth considering and a number of members here sell on a smaller basis sell machines as well.

A little history as I understand things,

PachisloSlots.com was once owned by Milt before he bought Stealth. I think he sold Pachislots.com but is still their supplier since Stealth was his supplier before, so you don't get a lifetime warranty since Pachislots.com is a reseller, but Pachislots.com may be able to offer lower prices because of that too. :smt026

BUT to answer your question, I have not dealt with Pachislots.com either.

Milt has joined Pachitalk.com though and may chime in if he sees the post and would like to add anything or correct my errors or omissions!

    Default PahcisloSlots.com

Even though this question was from early December, I thought I might share my recent experience with them.

I've been looking for a Don Don King and it seems I'm destined to be aced out in those last Ebay seconds everytime I try, so I was looking at the scratch and dent items at Stealth, considering their $129 DDK.
Then I found one listed at pachisloslots.com for $169. I thought, heck for 40 bucks, I might as well get that instead of the scratch and dent.

So, the machine arrived Friday, but I didn't get it unpacked until late. The machine came out of the box with one of the metal brackets that hold the reel assembly falling on the floor. Broken where the metal meets the plastic. Then I noticed that the bulb holders were not broke but in pieces, inside the reels so I reassembled them, and got the assembly back together as best I could with the broken bracket, but the left reel "jerks" a couple of times and then either starts to spin (about 15% of the time), or keeps jerking until the machine goes into "E6" mode (the other 85%).

The interesting thing about this, is that the shipping email from Fedex shows it was shipped from Stealth, the box is from Stealth, and the person I conversed with last week via email from P-slots.com, said that Stealth was who fullfill's his orders. The machine I got has almost the identical "Marks" and broken ashtray as the one depicted on Stealth's scratch and dent page, the paint is nicked in the same place as shown in the photo...... Hmmmmm....... I think I might know what they fill the PachisloSlots order with. I guess I should have just bought the scratch and dent for less. I have emailed P-slots.com as of late Friday, and haven't received a reply yet, so I don't know what they will do about the machine, but I really wasn't expecting one over the weekend. I will say, the company has been responsive to past email, and very prompt with shipping, so I am hopeful of a satifactory outcome when I do hear from them.

Does anyone know if the "stuttering" of a motor is the reel motor or have any experience with one jumping a step at a time instead of starting?

I never would have guessed that Syscom was drop shipping from Milt though... Why not just buy it from Milt and get the lifetime warranty instead of the year from Syscom? Well unless you're getting the scratch and dent machines. Of did Syscom simply buy this machine from Milt and not as part of a drop ship program?

I don't think they are talking about Syscom. They are discussing www.pachisloslots.com. Syscom is www.pachislo.com or www.pachinko-slots.com (and maybe a few other URLs as well).

....answers to some of those questions.

The company I am talking about is PACHISLOSLOTS.COM, not SYSCOM or PACHISLO.COM.

Why not just buy from Milt:

The only DDK listed on the Stealth webpage for sale, was the scratch and dent.... I did consider it, and was going to buy it, but found the one on PACHISLOSLOTS.COM for $40 more, and I thought, more tokens (scratch and dent only comes with 100), probably a nicer looking machine, I'd go for that. I had been trying to buy one from Stealth or anyone else on Ebay, but like I say... can't seem to make it through those final Ebay seconds.....

We're just into this whole "disease" now going on only our second month, so we're just putting some of this information together. I'm not trying to be negative about either company, in fact, this is the only machine out of 6 that we have bought that had any trouble at all, and I think from what I've read on the board here, that the company(ies) involved will be responsive and make it right. I just want a DDK that works. I just thought I'd post the info in response to the question from early in December about this site.

You are right. I did call Milt today and he is going to replace this DDK with one he said he would personally pick out. Super customer service.
This looks like a good hobby (did I say hobby? I meant addiction) with some good companies involved. Now I need to get back to measuring my basement. I think I see room for at least 4 more.
