ball launcher not working

takao spiderman pachinko machine ball launcher is not working. moved the pachinko machine to another room and now it does not launch the balls or payout... everything else seems to work fine. checked connections and everything looks ok... any ideas?

has the Dongle in the back come loose? as you look at the back of the machine the dongle is on the right side about 5 inches up.. should look like a printer connector...

i know when mine is loose the shooter will not fire the spheres..

is it showing a fault code on the back? if so try a full reset. ( turn off, hold down reset button and power back up holding reset for about 10 secs after powerup.
also open lower 1/2 below the glass and make sure a ball isn't jambed in the feed for the shooter.it sounds like a loose connector to the shooter? or a loose dongle

it is displaying error code 1... what does it mean? also already reset dongle.

you pulled the dongle and reinstalled it? and did a reset after?

dongle has been reseated... not sure how to do a reset... I did push the button in above the power switch when powering on and the machine lit up and made a siren noise and the error switched from 0 to 1 like it was doing a system check

Does the ball launcher make a thunk thunk sound or is the launch knob absolutely quiet when the knob is turned to the right?

Ok on our machine we found where the "dongle" is suppose to be..we see the thing that looks like a printer connection but nothing is inserted into it..where do we get the connector that goes into that printer like slot?

Have you checked the fuse ? If the fuse is blown, everything will work, but the shooter won't, even with the dongle in place. If your dongle is blowing fuses... you will need new fuses AND another dongle.
