I found sheetrock screws that you tweast the plastic white screw in the wall and screw another screw that expands once inside. Homedepot is where i got them from. They are new and hold up to 300lbs. So one stud and one sheetrock screw... That work great.

good luck! they've been around for years. you might want to add about 7 more per machine as they tend to pullout after a while. THEY might hold 300lbs. but the sheetrock is good for about 35 lbs.

To mount my cabinets, I used the french cleat method (see photos) by making two cleats per cabinet and attaching to the drywall with a long screw into the stud on one end of the wall cleat, then usings a expandable wall anchor on the other end of the wall cleat holding onto the drywall. Then by screwing the cabinets together, you have a wall unit that is attached at multiple points by being screwed into the wall studs at numerous places. These will never fall off the wall even for the weight per cabinet. And if I ever take them down, they will also sit on a table without ever falling over. This design worked out great and my whole project is STILL a work in progress!
