ghost rush, wont stop rushing/ bonus/cannot reset

HELlo, my ghost rush was bought used etc, at first worked fine.

but now it wont stop going into rush after rush, i believe it has been 12 or so.

I tried reset, but it just goes back to play mode.

On my zetz you can completely restart, can you do this on an aruze ghost rush?

Its paying out too much this is for sure, it wont stop as soon as one rush ends, another begins .

Well sometimes games do that, They will hit bonus after bonus for a while but you should be able to reset the game. Are you doing a full reset?, like you are changing the odds? A soft reset won't work it has to be a full one with the key. I would enjoy the winning streak because they can be just as stinggy sometimes.

it wont fully reset, that is my problem

when i reset, it goes back to play mode.

is there a way to reset the machine when in bonus, so when it turns back on there will be no bonus.

its easy on zetz, but this machines seems to not let me reset it.


when i change the odds, it goes back to where it was before, it never resets entirely example. i have rush, hoopper empty so i reset, but it goes right back to where it was before, playing in rush. music exactly where it was before.

I believe my error was not emptying the credit counter before restarting.

I got out of the bonus by missing the announcers call on purpose, but after i reset it , and it seems to be ok.

another note, my machines odds are set weird, 1-6
1 is 96.7 percent
2 is just above 100.

weird but i like it. now its set to 1,. and gonna be skimpy for me.

thats how i like my machines but girls are another story

learned to reset machine but back to same thing wont stop paying out,

possibly something wrong with the machine internally?

Sounds to me like your machine went through a very dry period and is catching up its odds . suggest you unplug the machine and leave it unplugged for a week (i haven't found a machine yet that could hold settings that long with out being plugged in )and then power it up the machine should error when it starts but should reset easily .all counters on the machine should be at factory default tho afterward .If that doesn't clear it nothing will although I've never heard of a machine logic paying out to much by error if anything its usually the hopper malfunctions but the logic usually errors and all bells and whistles go off .

will the in/out counters reset themselves , or will I have to?

are they mechanical or software driven counters ? if they are shown on the screen there digital and should be reset by the on board computer when you restart it . if there mechanical counters they probably aren't resettable most aren't if yours can go ahead cant hurt anything by doing so.
