Done with the 12 step program... whats next?

Hello my name is David...


...and I am a pachiholic. So I made the drive to CF Exports this morning wanting to atleast pick up one machine (I had atleast 6 marked on the first page of the ad alone). Get there, talked to Tom for a bit, browsed through the machines in the warehouse (because I was on the fence on what to get) and finally decide to get whatever I can fit in my car.

And that was four machines... :lol:, I could have probably fit five, but then I might have had a hard time seeing my passenger side mirror. So I ended up getting Eva 2, Horror Mansion, Jackie Chan and Janken Battle. I wanted a few others as well but just didn't have the space in the car... let alone at home...

So with the one other machine I have on the way, I think I just finished the 12 step program . Now that I have 12 machines, I fear next comes the Yahoo Japan addiction.

Umm sorry to break this to you, but you are actually only on like step 3 or four.
Step 12 is opening your own parlor IN JAPAN.

What kind of car do you have? I've gotten 2 slots and 2 pachinkos in a 300zx! You just didn't want it bad enough!

You mean I'm not even half way through the "healing" process... ... guess I need to start shopping for land in Japan now and keep building the collection to fill it... .

I don't have a truck that big, but I guess step 6 or 7 would be to rent a Uhaul and fill it.

I have two Dongles and still trying to decide on the design on my Smartcards. Don't worry, each machine will have a cabinet, dongle and smartcard... for that is the master plan in building my future Japanese parlor... and maybe a ball lifter or two... with counters... and flags above each machine.

I have a Mazda 3. I fit two in the trunk, plus the trays and balls. One laying down in my back seat and pulled my passenger seat as far forward as it could go and put the last one behind that. Now I know I could have fit one more behind the one laying down and one more in the front seat... but I didn't realize that till after I fit the first four in. If I hadn't had paid yet... I would have told them to throw a Fever the King and Lupin in there as well.

Best I've done is 10 in the car. Eight in the back with the seats folded down, one strapped into the passenger seat and one in the footwell, all along with a few thousand balls and a few trays.

The only downside to all this, is that eight months later I'm still finding balls rattling around inside the car.

Those 12 step programs never work!!! There is no cure!!! I repeat; no cure!!! except your fate and make it a way of life. Try not to sell the DVD player for a fix. God Bless.

P.S. I myself will be checking myself in for help! I don't see it doing any good but after this last machine the Wife is starting to look at me funny.
