Default Dragon Chance (Red Dragon) Question

At the top of my Dragon Chance (a.k.a. Red Dragon) pachinko, between the two speakers, is a three part light:

The upper left lights green when an award is payed out. The upper right flashes yellow when the reward ball tray is empty.

All of a sudden, the lower is flashing red (as you can see in the photo). What does this mean?

One thing I have noticed is that the flippers stay open longer.

They are normally only open for a bout a second. Now they open for 3-4 seconds

I hit a bonus, and it had a new tease sequence with music I hadn't heard before. I believe it was a Triple 7, but I don't remember the color or anything....

I have noticed something else - normally it takes about a minute or so for the flippers to open after a ball goes through the little hoop that triggers them.

Now that the red light is flashing, not only do the flippers stay open longer, they activate 5-10 seconds after the ball goes through the hoop (or after the previous opening if they are queued up).

    Dave,
Now that I have had a chance to play this machine for a while, I can tell you that I am now in that same "mode" your machine was in. Yesterday, I hit 3 blue 7's on a diagonal from top left to bottom right. This was my first 3 of a kind on a modern pachinko so I didn't know what to expect. I can't believe how long the machine stays in "jackpot???" mode. I cycled through 3 to 4 trays of balls and could hardly keep up. Anyway, since that time, the machine has the red lights at the top like yours and the flipper activates about 5-10 seconds after it goes through the hole that activates it. It also stays open longer like you said.
Today, while still in that red light mode, I hit 3 red dragons. It had a really cool and long tease sequence. The music was the same as it was with the blue 7's and it lasted just as long, if not longer.
Anyway, even after today's jackpot, the machine is still in that red light mode. Definitely a fun machine.
    Paul
