Heiwa "Antonio Inoki" Won't Clear E-6 Error

I have a Heiwa Antonio Inoki that is showing an E-6 error message taht I cannot clear from the machine. Can anyone give me any suggestions? I tried to reset procedure on the FAQ's but it did not clear the error. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

check your hopper connections and spin the wheel in the bottom of the hopper to see if you have a token jam.

then try another reset.
