payout displays 1 2 3 or 6 and does not do anything

I just got a seven vs dollars slot machine and it was working when i picked it up the only thing is that id did not give out the winnings. so i took out the payout thing and checked the motor with 12 v even tho it was 24 and it spun. i know that it will run with the payout device unplugged. and i think the payout number is an error message. does any one have any idea. the power supply has all the voltage lights on.

yes check the fuse on the reel stop board .its the small board on the side of the machine usually on the right side but some do have it on the left its a little smaller than a letter size envelope . if that fuse is blown replace it once if it blows again let us know cause its usually a defective reel stop board in that case .

My guess is you are in the skill setting function. 1 through 6 is the odds level. Do a full reset on the machine, it should take care of the problem. If after doing a complete reset, it is still in this mode, the next common problem is a stuck button.... I am guessing this is for a Pachislo and not a pachinko...

your right milt i didn't read the whole post no machine pays 1 token you are in the odds setting area. goto the thread for new owners and do the reset procedure and remember to hold down the spin knob and put your reset key back to the normal position and it should reset .

the fuse is fine and that key on the power supply was not there so i unhooked it and connected them together. so im going to wire in a toggle switch and then what do i do to reset it?

and does any one have the manual to it

o and the control key and switches in the unit are all in Japanese's. so any translations to what they do would be good
