Dino Pachinko payouts

Hello,

I am helping a friend with a Dino pachinko game. We have the balls loaded in the top tray, and they seem to be feeing a mechanism on the back right of the game, but when any balls in play enter a pocket, the game will not pay out.


I am not sure how to clear the jam (if that is what is wrong). Can someone give me some tips? The game is made by Sankyo.

Quick tip ....
Look for plugs and connectors on the back of the machine that may not be fully inserted. You may wish to unplug and reinsert all the connectors to be sure. Do this with the machine turned off.

if you can find the ball dump lever, dump all the balls and reset it, make sure you have something in back to catch the balls

also there is a little brass thing along the ball track that looks like a fork, this should be up and out of the way of the balls.

Here is the photo that Luckydog is refering to about the brass prong, make sure it is up like in the photo. Otherwise it blocks the path of the balls to the payout motor.

Also check the motor and ball path to make sure there is nothing blocking it. (like a packing peanut)
