I say DONT BID ON panchinko / samurai slot

This is my story and opinion:

When I bought from the seller id: Panchinko (also known as CF Industries or Samurai slot) 6 months ago I couldnt be happier. I got two pachinkos, Julie and Art Masterpiece quickly and without problems. So when I snagged Top Gun and Indiana for $99 and $115 I was looking forward to them.
I won/paid for the items March 20 after no emails concerning my items and looking on Pachitalk how things have changed with their service the last couple months i got worried and I called their office number on Monday March 26th. Spoke with Tom and he said he was sorry the company sending them by boat makes the auctions and there have been delays in getting the shipment. He said they will be sent out that Friday the 30th.... Well that didnt happen so I called the following Monday. And he let a little more out as the problems are people have been quiting the company in Ontario, CA and he has only a hand full of people doing 4-5 people jobs at a time and he is very sorry.
I told him I know that someone who won the same type of pachinko(top gun) from a auction ending 1 hour before mine had his mailed out in two days(truth) so why are some orders getting filled and others arent and since that is the same model . He kept saying he was sorry and they are doing the best they can and to tell the pachitalk people that he is sorry. He ended saying they will go out that day or the next and quess what???still nothing. I told him that the most important thing is COMMUNICATION and that will go a long way you need to give compinsation and reply to all emails first and formost stuff like that....I could have said STOP SELLING ITEMS YOU DONT HAVE ON HAND or stop selling till you guys have you sh** together. But Im nice and didnt say that.

Since only 1 out of 5 of their last feedback is positive I had to write this to vent and more importantly plead people to not roll the dice with these guys unless they turn around. I like the guy who left pos. feedback just for getting his money back.

It's a shame that things are falling apart with this vendor. What a rollercoaster ride it's been since they appeared.

That was my feedback. I was going to slam them but I fig they might slam me back. I had to file with paypal. Even after I called about 10 times and no one picked up the phone or would call me back. I also emailed them about 5 times with no reply.

Called paypal the woman had put me on hold and gave there # a ring. She could not get them also. filled the claim after about 4 weeks and no freaking balls.

I would never buy from them. This was only $33.51. What a waste of my time.

Who ever Tom is need to close shop or get help.

Guys it realy is time to call it a day a bargain is only a bargin if you get that bargin not a load a hastle to be honist they would have to sell 5 top end machines for $100 shipped and i still wouldent touch them there is rolling the dice and on them but now you just playing russian rulet wich just aint good for the soule

thats just it Indiana Jones going for $50-75.... people arent bidding on deals that much anymore..those prices are past the point of deal thats a steal. Now alot that are winning are people that dont know about pachinkos- average joes- and dont/cant understand/fix these machines so the bad communication really pisses those guys off, the bad feedback will keep coming.

i would never post any thing that i did not know that was true.a buyer from ebay who won a machine from panchinko drop it off at my ware house for us to repair. the machine was junk after looking at checking it over come to find out the sound board was bad. so we replace it.i have over 800 machines in stock and there is no way i would let any machine go out like this one.anyways two days later i get a email from japan asking me if i would like to buy a continer of 470 machines.his name was mecry who is panchinko/samurai slot he email me a list of machines and prices.my reply to him was send me one machine from C.A so i can see what his product is like.his reply to me was will i pay for shipping?so i did 5 weeks later no machine no emails from him ?who ever would bid on a item That he has up for BID after seeing his feed back needs a good kick in the AAAAAASS

I left a neutral, I finally received a top notch machine, but I had to wait for it to arrive on a boat. I was looking for this particular machine and paid a premium for it.
I skipped the feedback on the last pachinko, it was only $27 and Tom sent me a replacement part. It was as wash.

you could look at it in a different way. Panchinko and samurai flooded the market with machines bringing the prices down. A lot of other vendors had to compete with this and they lowered their prices. i picked up a machine from another vendor at a really great price due to the overflooding of machines. i hate to see them go because when they do, I think the prices from other vendors will go back up. I would really just like panchinko and samurai to get back on track and sell better machines. they need to do something because they are going down fast.


also i imagine the pachitalk members will increase tremendously. most with recently acquired dirty machines that may or may not work.
