We opened it because we had a good relationship with the seller and she asked us to do so in hope that there would be some salvage inside. There were only 2 single cups out of a six place setting with starter extras that survived. UPS paid up on it just today, btw. The sad thing is this was a super deal for my wife and the lady selling it was doing so because of a divorce. So the deal is gone for good.
