Hopper problems

I'm having problems with my hopper.It ejects about ten tokens then goes right to the e-3 error. please help

remove most of the tokens, turn the wheel at the bottom to see if its ejecting properly.

check to see if you have any damaged tokens near the bottom.

clean the inside of the hopper and lube the bottom with a little silicone spray.

if that doesn't help you may have to clean the optical token reader.

Have you emptied the hopper and checked to see if there are any tokens hung up in it? Also the mechanism might need cleaning!

I have clean it and took the hopper apart but didn't know where the reader was located and thanks for helping

it should be at the base near where the tokens fly out,

you could also try cleaning your tokens in CLR and hot water, rinse and dry them afterwards.
