    Default No ball payouts

I just got my !st pachinko last week and I was like a little boy at xmas with a new toy! as soon as I got home I loaded the top hopper and all the balls fell out the back I found a arbycoffe post about a yellow cab in the post arby showed a small lever the back to lock the balls and it worked but now I am not getting any payouts when the ball hits the center pocket so I talked to c/s they are very nice people but I think thier pachilo support is so/so they told me this machine pays out in feaver mode. Well I just got 3 bars and went in to feaver round ,still no balls can some one please help?
I could not find my machine in the museum it has 3 reels and is like the feaver King and Queen do I need to hit the 7's for a pay out or do need a adjustment ?

check the ductwork just down from the upper hopper. there is a flip lever there(usually metal) with two prongs that can be flipped down to block the flow of balls to the payout motor, this must be flipped up and not blocking the balls. check the ductwork down to the payout motor to insure no blockage and balls in the payout motor. when a ball goes into the start pocket it should be paying out as well as some of the other pockets on the machine. check the wiring to insure all the plugs are solidly plugged especially the one feeding the payout motor.
ps the payout motor will be approx 1/2 way down the ductwork on the rt side. usually see through with mechanisms internal to control ball flow. the balls should fill the ductwork down to and in this motor.

Savanna - I have to agree with BB I think that the most likely cause of your problem is the metal or plastic 2 prongs that most machines have for stopping balls from going down the tracks from the top hopper. These are usually down when a machine is transported or fall down if they are loose when being shipped.

These prongs differ depending on the machine you have & I do not have a Yellowcab so don't know how yours will look. However I have taken some pictures from 3 different machines I have to show you roughly what you should be looking out for. If you find it you need to ensure it is up as on all my photos.

    Rockycopy.jpg

    TopGuncopy-1.jpg

Hopefully these will help & at least if you find this prong & it is up out of the way then we can discount this as the problem.

    Smile Re: No ball payouts

I had a quick look at my Pachinko Dokkazan which is also in the volcano frame, which I think is the one being discussed here, and I couldn't find any kind of claw thing on this machine.

Here are some pics of mine, maybe they can help!

I am going to have a other try at fixing my proplem the people at c/s said if I am not happy with the Okinawa(slot reels type) they will change it for a Fever King or Queen, but I want to make this one work.

I have looked at all the ducts for 3rd time and all are ok at the top the latch for the balls is open. I pulled the assembly with the motor opened it up no ball jams the wires seem all connected the motor moves freely back and forth and seems to lock I would assume the is normal . When the motor assembly is out I see 4 channels below where the assembly sits when balls are dropped in 2 of them they go to front tray that tells the track is clear the other 2 they drop out the back. I payed the machine and hit 3 7's still no payout the flap gate below opened ball went in heard a click noise form the machine so the sensor must be working

I guess the next step would be to see if the machine thinks that there is any errors, but never having worked on this machine before, I don't know how it indicates payout errors.

If you look at the back (or MrGneiss') first picture, it looks like the payout control board is the one below the payout unit and immediately above the dongle. I would expect the error LEDs or display to be on this board. I can see some writing on the board cover (above what might be four LEDs), but the picture is not clear enough to be able to read it. If someone can post a clearer picture then I might be able to shed some light onto this.

I expect that the writing on the board cover explains what each of the LEDs mean, If I can get a clear picture of it, then I should be able to post a translation.

How about the translation thread? any stickers/translated already posted there?
Some frames have front indicator lights, ball out on left (lumina frame and others) win led on right? Does this have a reset button? I have to hold in mine as I power it on to reset.
