Kind of too late to ask now...

We already bought my machine.. He was local, so it was convienent.

Nice guy as far as I can tell.. Appeared to be a young college aged kid that I dealt with..

I just have one concern.. My Sankyo Bomber Powerful take 5 minutes before i get a decent picture on the LCD.. It fades in and out and rolls.

The machine works great.. It is our first machine. It has been fun so far..

I cant wait untill an autostop is available for this thing.. I like pushing the buttons, but friends and family enjoy vegas style..

I don't want to void a warranty..

Do you know how to repair the fake chrome? Mine is blistering. I suppose I could let it blister.. it gives it that vintage look..

check with Vince aka: autoslot here on the forum. He has a website, www.autoslot.info if he doesn't have one for your machine, I'm sure he can muster something up for you... Very good to deal with. So far no one has had nothing but praise for him....

as far as the chrome, I have no clue. I always just grin and bear it so to speak....

i dont think it would void it. but check with dave. they just plug in unless you want the credit add function. you have to live with the chrome or buy a door. i think id be all over him about the screen problem unless you bought a discount scratch and dent then you have no warranty anyway.

I don't think 7mileslots really exists anymore.. From what I hear, palchislodirect took them over.. So is Dave done or is he from Palchislodirect?

The screen thing is a quirk of Sankyo machines. Mine did it, some pachinkos do it, possibly a temperature issue.

The chrome flaking is also a quirk of this case, very difficult to find one that isn't. I suppose they put the coating on thin so the lighting would show thru.

Don't freak out if he doesn't get right back to you. It takes a couple of days sometimes. But Dave is good people. I purchased 4 of my 6 machines from him and have played with MANY others at his booth at 7-Mile. He has been VERY good about helping me out with things. When I finally realized I was missing some bulbs and such on a machine with NO warranty, he provided them with no problem.

Where are you from jeffrae? You must be close to me.... And what machines do you have? hehe

Cool. My other half is from the city of Racine, but we live up here in Milwaukee now.

Frogs. If you haven't noticed from the forums, the whole Pulsar line is frog based. The more recent the machine, the more 'froggy' it gets. The most recent in the line is the King of King Pulsar (which I can't find one of! *grumble* *grumble*) even has an LCD screen on top that has a bunch of froggies dancing during bonus rounds. Dave does have some Neo Magic Pulsars available which is also a very good machine with a lot of action and great frog action.

Did I just say "frog action"? LOL

Anyway, always nice to see a new member of the pachination close to home.
