I bought a Julie last Wednesday on E-Bay for $152.50 from Samaurislot who I think is the same as Panchinko and I have yet to hear from them. I have sent them several E-Mails asking as to when and if the machine has been shipped and if they have a tracking number for me. I have gotten no response from them at all. Has anyone else had this problem with them????

They are on the slow side on shipping. Not an excuse, because they should ship quicker, but they are moving a lot of machines lately and it sounds like they are understaffed. They responded to emails within a day or so, but if you don't contact them first, I don't think they'll say anything before it shows up at your doorstep.

Well I would like to know if its on its way and get a tracking number. Im going to be out of town this week on Wednesday-Friday and would like to arrange for someone to be here. Without a tracking number I dont know when to arrange to have someone here. I dont want the machine sitting out side on the steps in the weather.

They do not communicate well via emails. I would have been upset with my purchase, too, if not being told about that. Youre machine will get to you, but if you need to find out when and get some sort of tracking information, you will have to call. I found that the best time to reach Jake is after 10:00 Pacific. I've never been able to find him before that and just get the answering machine. (I had to contact him several times about a light bulb issue with Julie.)

It seems when they ship they will email a tracking #. so if you have not heard from them before you leave they have not shipped it yet. Watch your email for tracking info. Thats what happened with mine but I requested tracking info as soon as I paid for mine.

I see Panchinko got their 1st neg:
"Did not sell due to low bid,,bad ebayer,lied to me and then no response,loser"
Only one side of it.....The buyer only has a"6" and it has not been that long.
An answer to the bad feedback would be the thing to do if it was a CA buyer or something like that.
I don't think that there is much English spoken there on a daily basis.
Someone must come in once a week and answer emails. IMHO

I got a negative last week on an item I sold as not tested, as is and the guy also filed a charge back with paypal

Capt Hook....err...you can have them deliver it to my house while you're away. We can't be that far from each other. I'll be happy to run a few thousand balls through that Julie until you get back.

Keep after them...though. Once you get a hold of someone (either Mercy or Jake), they'll take care of you. But you're right....their communication could use some improvement.
