Reset after payout

After every pay out I cet the code (ERR HA). before I can continue playing I have to turn the door key to the left. Can the machine be set not to require a reset after the payout?

You have a Pachislot (SLOT) not a Pachinko (balls) please ask you q's in the Pachislot formum and you will get better help.
