    Default Hopper runs continuously

Hello. I am new to the Pachilso forum and I bought my first machine recently. It worked fine when I bought it, but now that the game room is set up and ready, I cannot get the hopper to stop spinning and spitting out tokens.

I have tried to reset and it still will not stop turning. The code on the front says 'HC', but I cannot find any information on line for that code. I can set the odds, but that is it. It won't allow any game play. It was stored in the garage for 4 weeks, it that helps with the troubleshooting.

I am not electrically-inclined, so be gentle. Thank you for any help you can offer.

Unplug the cable to the hopper, then replug it, see if that helps. it could just be a poor connection.

Some of those machines have a toggle switch near the off on switch to dump the hopper. Is that switch set in the wrong direction?

Common problem. There are 2 toggle switches on that power supply. 1 is the on off, the other is the token eject. Only turn on the on off switch and leave the token eject switch off. I believe you only want the top right switch turned on and the other leave in the off position. Note, you may need to reset your machine the first time doing this if both switches were on.
