Gamera High Grade Vision won't pay out

I just got the machine from Milt today. It spit out ten tokens during a Regular Bonus, then started giving me the HE error. I tried everything I could think of. Reset the machine, emptied out the hopper, cleared it out, filled it back up again, checked and rechecked the connection, unplugged it and plugged it back in. Still won't pay out. Any ideas?

pull the hopper and clean it good. lube it with a little silicone. HE is hopper error. manually spin the coin wheel in the bottom it sounds like a small chunk of "something" is jammed in there.

when you hit the reset (the soft reset) does it clear the error ,then try to pay out ?

Check the sensor for lint or crud in it. I only see the HE error when mine are empty, either it is not dispensing tokens or it thinks it is not.

It's working fine now. When I took apart the hopper, it ended up being a token jam. Turns out a couple of the tokens I got with the machine were bent out of shape, and I dumped one into the hopper before I checked. When it came time to pay out, that bent token got in there and wouldn't budge. Thanks for the help, guys.
