    Default pachinko cabinets

Well heres the first one. tried using hidden pocket screws. the drill burned up in 4 holes(need to by a carbide bit) so for now they will come with the holes on the outside filled and sanded.
As you can see the ramp assy in the hopper will hold up to 2500 balls with no problem! the feed tube out the bottom slips out the top. you will need to mount your machine then open the door partway(get help) drop the feed tube in place and mark it so you can cut it off approx. 3/16 above the payout hopper so the door can be closed. this will allow you to keep 1000s of balls in the hopper. i can make it through a full fever without having to reload at all.
the opening for the machine itself is sized to allow for variation in the frame size up to 1/8" on all 4 sides. this will insure a fit for every machine!!
a ramp to feed the balls to the lower tray is constructed of white pvc. you will need to determine where the balls dump out of your machine and mount this accordingly.
it will come with the basket seen in the photos. and feet will be cut tomorrow. the case will be pre-drilled and you will have to add the feet(removed for shipping) all necessary harware will be included.
Also included will be a handout giving clear instruction on how to mount the feet and size the feed tube to your machine.
the case will ship assembled except for the feet.
after the first of the year i will be offering a wall hung version , a version with a hinged lid as well as cases in hardwoods such as oak and cherry.
shipping assembled vis UPS is $63.00 or disassembled vis USPS for $40.00.
AS ALWAYS: THE CASES OFFERED ON THIS SITE WILL BE SOLD THROUGH OUR AUCTION ONLY AND OFFERED AT $59.99.
I have 10 of these precut and will be assembling them on Wensday.

Nice price from a nice guy.
you burned up a drill in only 4 holes? are you using the Kreg system? I have the special Kreg drill bit and Dewalt drills, I drilled 90 holes last night one battery. most in oak.

I will check mine it is a special step drill, metric counterbore and a pilot hole in one. The chipboards and MDF, OSB. are made from scraps and I have seen sparks fly while cutting some of as it hits rocks or bits if metal. it is murder in nice sharp blades.
