Panchinkocasino on Ebay used to be panchinko

Has anybody ever purchased anything from these guys. I just recently purchased an Aladdin Evolution from a buy it now auction. I bought it Thursday I think, but have not heard anything from them. I at least expect an email saying something. I emailed them Friday with no response, maybe there very busy. I send alot of emails out so my customers know at least when there expected to get the product. I guess not everybody practices this.

They have very good feedback. It will problably end up on my doorstep without any concerns. I just can't stand when people on Ebay don't contact you within at least 2 days about your product.

They are Pachinko must have changed their name to Pachinkocasino. I think they are just busy with the holiday season. I too am awaiting a machine from them but I am not worried.

Folks... links to auctions or questions about eBay sellers, etc. are GREATLY appreciated by those who try to help you.
It saves us a LOT of time.
And sometimes a lack of time causes a lack of response when there's not enough information.

They're STILL using that "n" in their name, though.
I don't understand that.

Search the forums, Devon... and you'll find that "panchinko" is CF Export International, Japan. "Samuraislots" is CF Export International, USA "branch". So their time zones will be different, but I'm sure that either Mercy (Japan) or Lila (USA) will be in touch with you.

They've always been good to respond to me... they will even call by phone, and I've found that most of their communication is in the evening and weekends... but rarely on Friday and Saturday?? Must be their days off, and they deserve it very much.
Expect a good experience from these folks.
It's certainly worth piecing together a bit of "broken English" in communications.

BTW, the USA "branch" will probably fulfill your order.
And yes... they are VERY busy right now.

Yes I saw this earlier on the name change. I have both samauri and panchinko with the rss feed of their current offerings in our rss section for easy viewing. Clicking on one this morning brought up the panchinkocasino and I thought there was something wrong with the feed.

The spelling matches some of the spelling they use in their auctions like Indianan Jones for example. They must really like "n's".

my julie and galaxy express came from them. galaxy showed up with broken glass they replaced it instantly. i emailed them and they called me right away. good people.

You guys were right panchinkocasino emailed me back today. They gave me a number to call. I called spoke to (mercy) verified my payment, said they would ship tomorrow. Next thing I noticed was my feedback said (Prompt payment, you so great buyer). After that they sent me an email with my tracking. I feel better now

It looks like my Aladdin might make it here Friday 15th. I have a Christmas party at my house on Saturday, would be nice to show the machine off. Does anybody know if UPS is delivering on Saturdays now

No UPS on Saturday, unfortunately.

Just something to note...
If by some chance you miss them on the day of delivery and you really want to get it ASAP, you can usually call them and drive over to their local distribution center to pick it up yourself. At least you can do this where I am - ours is open til 8PM or so. We've had great experience with UPS at my house!
