hi just got my auto stop with credit add function i have looked at the website for fitting instructions but they dont seem to nelp me i must be thick can any one tell me how to fit the credit add function step by step would be nice

I assume you have the plug into the stop board kit and that figured out.
you need to run the 2 (3 actually only connect 2) longwires around to the hinge side of the door, follow the existing wires. connect to the wires from the token validator use the table to see what color wires you need to tap to.

i have done this but when i try to add credit i keep getting a cr error code help

LEDs that flash as tokens go through the coin sensors cant find them
i have checked all connections they seem ok if i swap the wires to the coin sensors the error code does not come on but no credit is added cant think what to try next

you do need to hold the right hand stop button fro some time at points ie for the count of 10 and as you let go the credits add

if you get an error swap the to wires. also doulle check both connections are good with a continuity tester, I have seen and made every possible error in the 6 I did.

got it working i had to solder the joints and now its all working fine

the wire used is usually a very small wire and the t-taps don't do so well with it sometimes its easier to skin the wire then apply the tap to ensure it makes contact .i find it just as easy to butt splice it in then theres no question as to it working......
