In the left column there is an envelope that as you pass your mouse pointer over it, it shows how many posts you have made in that thread.

There's also an arrow on the right side that will take you to "your" last post in the thread. This matches the one that already existed that takes you to "the" last post.
Meanwhile, somewhere in Oklahoma.
