This post directs us to a site that features Flipperless machines to play :

    http://www.pachitalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16989

These are .VPT extension files and require that you have the (Free) Visual Pinball Emulator installed in order to run them. Here is one source where you can download it in an easy to install package (free) :

    http://www.vpforums.com/

Just download the Visual Install Pack and also read the DataDragon's guide to installation :

    http://vpforums.com/forum/showthread...threadid=17218

and you are all set to enter the wonderful word of Visual Pinball and Pinmame emulation!

    ENJOY!!

Sweet! I have several virtual pinball emulators at home, and even one for my PSP.

I luv the pinball emulator stuff. This installs the PinMame program also so you can play the emulated pinballs using the real roms. I also like some of the flipperless tables that arbycoffee linked us to(you will notice they have the Babel Pachislo on there!) and they are all playable using the Visual Pinball Emulator. That site has a ton of tables and roms also!

I forgot to thank you for this POST, Thank you! I was a bit confused with Arb'ys post until I saw the descriptions. you cleared this up for me and probably several non-hardcore emulator fans.

No problem. We need to thank arby for bringing this to the forefront again. There has never been a better way to experience pinballs than running this program (except of course having hundreds of the real pinballs in your home but I don't imagine anyone can unless you live in huge warehouse). Plus now with arby's post we also have lots of classic's that show where everything started and you can play them!! Great Stuff!!
