The man is a genious! what an inspiring guy. His brains outweigh all of the stones he has and will ever raise. Very humbling.

That was fantastic! I've seen people trying to do something like that before on tv, but they weren't as near as he is to working it out. His method of moving the stones would surely only work on solid ground (noticed he did it on concrete), otherwise the small stones would just be pushed into the ground??? It'd be good if he could show how the stones can be moved on varied ground and how the large stones are then put across the top. Defintely be keeping an eye on his progress - thanks for that Slotter! Well he did move that barn, and I looked like it was not on cement for 300 yds.

Ingenious, I told you the winters are long and boring here in Michigan, we come up with stuff like this to amuse us. ;-)
Simple works. I stuck (beached) my jetboat on a gravel bar, 4" under water in the middle of the Grand river. it would have taken an amphibious tow truck to get it un-stuck the wife and I used a wooden lever and clam shells to move it 10 feet back into the water. We used the shells to dig a spot to put the 4x6 under the boat. The boat has a 454 Chevy big block in it and about 20 gallons of gas. that sucked really bad.
    Cheers,
