apparently my wife, as both are her ideas. I just do the grunt work.
The pile is lovely! when I turn the pile webs of fungus strings are growing and it looks yummy, smells really funky also, it could be the definition of funk.

Now that I have ruffled your feathers, the 3 trees I had were dead. The poor things couldn't create leaves for nothing. All I ever got from them were branches... Plan to plant some if the wife ever makes up her mind on which ones she wants....
