Local Ace Hardware selling pachislo's

Someone told me our local Ace Hardware was selling pachislo's so today on the way home from work I stopped in. What a joke! What do I see? A million god that had it's belly glass changed to a picture of some muscle car with the words summer of 65. The other was a Egyptian Queen with a belly glass of a Harley Davidson ! What was the price for these butchered up customs with one being an Edsel to begin with? 249.99! Then when I ask them if there is any more he tells me that at that price it is a good deal because they are being sold else ware for 299.99! Between laughing and being disgusted I forgot to ask if the Egyptian Queen at least had its original belly glass so that it would at least be worth something.

You can't blame the guy. The average person doesn't have a clue about how much these are worth. He probably over paid for them himself and is just trying to make a small profit on his purchase.

Heck, I don't know why I'm saying anything. I paid $350 (or was it $375) for my first pachislo, a Wai Pulsar! Bought locally at a pawn shop.

Hey dont feel bad I'm sure most who have bought pachislo 's in america have overpayed, alot of buyers are still outside the pachitalk world. At least you know now. I got very very lucky and got my first pachislo for $60 Fire Drift

By A Deli in a grocery store!!!!!!!!!!!! I think thats the most unusual place yet that anyone has found Pachislos. Thats insane LOL, Too bad no pics.
