    Default Loose Glass

Why do some pachinkos have loose glass? You can hear the glass move when you open the door. Is there a way to tighten the glass in the door without breaking or cracking the glass?

You can wedge in some styrofoam in around the edges to make a tighter fit.

    I was wondering Sir Arby

if Pachinko's are supposed to have two sheets of glass at the front?

for my own I use just window glass and have it cut to the size I need.
I put plexi in machines I ship. Sometimes if the frame on the machine is altered only one lens than

I thought Safety Glass in the begaining to, but have found regular window pane works fine. If you got kids playing it go with plexi for safity sake. Kids can and do the damnest things. They are punishments from parents I be sure!!

I have found also that sometimes if you put plexi as the inside pane, it quiests the bouncing off of balls a little. Glass as the outside then it seems more authentic.

This is my personal opinion, or of the voices in my head, and are not meant to reflect the opinion of this board.

I would use some clear silicon to hold a loose glass in place.

One question though, wouldn't plexiglass get scuffed up and scratched quickly because of the balls flying about?

Plexiglass is still like new on my PumpKing. Not sure what is in the other two, but Mr. Arby can tell you...I think.

Imagine how the noise in a parlor is compounded by balls striking the glass in these machines.
