I am not sure if that one is working correctly, I have never seen one setting at anything but ones (dice) when not in a spin. This one is setting at one and two.

if he rolled a 3 then shut it off thats were it will stay, till power up.

Ok my bad, it looked lit up in that 4th pic. I didn't think the flash would light all that up.
