just out of curiousity, how old is your friend? When I was (as arby would say) a youngin, I had a 78 pontiac catalina with the passenger floor board having a couple holes in it. when me a friend were just riding around wasting $.98/gal of gas If we were in everyday street clothes I would hit water puddles but I never hit them to get citizens on the street wet...

Sounds kinda immature on his part. Never know what they are carrying or where they are heading... might be going for an interview for a job of their dreams....

He just turned 40! But to be a little fair to him he has a huge heart. He gives beggers on the street up to $10 bucks and goes into restaurants to bring them food. He goes with me to find homeless people to bring them sandwiches that Our jobs cafeteria throws out by the dozens. He brings in stray animals to find them homes. he feeds the pigeons in the winter. He hates anything to do with children getting hurt by adults. He is 15 years married and has one son that he lives for. He loves people and everyone loves him that knows him hes very funny! Yet he splashes people Go figure? I Have asked everyone at my work what they think and they all agree with what the members here have said and they want to rip into him but he was not in today. He wanted to take his kid to ride motocross on his last day of school.

Same thing, and Kids haven't had the time to learn so its worse for the Adult. I caused alot of trouble as a kid but am pretty tame now. Mike : )
