    Default Shooter adjustment?

Alright here is another problem. Different machine from the blue display.
It's a Toyotec Nanasy and the shooter is really wimpy. It won't even shoot the balls all the way up the ramp.
I can't find any way to adjust this. Here is a couple of pics, first is the shooter, second is the control board in place in front of the shooter.

    Any ideas?

Have you considered dropping them in from the top?

    Yep, get a spin everytime!
This sux, out of the 3 machines, the theme we like the least just needed a dongle and cleaned. THe other two got the blue screen and a wimpy shooter.
Don't get me wrong, I think I got a good deal on all three, even with the extra work and possible needed parts, so I am happy overall.

I don't have probes small enough to get to the pins.

Aren't your probes sharp enough to pierce the wire jacket to the wires leading to the pins?

I know this almost certainly won't solve your problem...... but wierdly enough one of the symptoms of my shooter handle being jammed with Yen on my HNK machine was a lower powered shooter.....ended up carefully disassembling the shooter handle, clearing it of coins and then it worked fine as the internal mech was being jammed by the coins....

    Cheers

It's an old meter and the probes aren't as pointy as they used to be.

I'll see if I can take apart the knob after work.

The previous thread was talked about using the adjustment screw, this one has none that I could find, hence the pics. Figured maybe I might be missing something.

can the motor itself be adjusted, it may be spring loaded.

or how about a new or bigger rubber tip on the shooter end,

That is why the sticker was pulled off the motor in the pic, I was looking for something to adjust. No screws just rivets.
I don't think that a bigger tip would help, it's just not putting out enough force to propel the balls far enough.

has it got volume controles fitted if so iv herd of the m being fitted wrong and they were controling the earth to the speakers not the live and that inturn was weakening the earth loop to the shooter to the point that if the volume was turned to far down it wouldent even fire a ball.

Just a thought as iv sorted that problem in a former post by helping the guy change the volume controls round
My rice krispies told me to do it

    I GOT IT FIGURED OUT!!!!!
Weird adjustment. The rubber stopper that stops the plunger from going too far was set to far back and not allowing the plunger foward enough to shoot the balls.

THanks everyone for all the help, if it wasn't for your suggestions I wouldn't have fiddled around with it as much and found it.

Lddrizzt, are you sure that the shooter tip is hittting the bottom of the pachinko ball and not misaligned. I saw this kind of thing happen on an old thumbflicker, the shooter spring tip hit the ball way off center.

    GREAT! Good for you.
